Design Process
 

     Design process begins when the project is awarded to Precision Tooling Products.  Engineering and design starts using our top of the line designing software.  All customers are supplied with a complete file with a Job Detail List, Print of All Details and Complete Assembly.

 
 

Manufacturing
 

During the manufacturing process, Precision Tooling Products works under quality control guidelines.  All products are produced to tolerances and standards of ISO quality.  We control the manufacturing process from release of Purchase Order to Shipping of finished products.

We are able to manufacture your products whether it be Custom Tooling, Fixtures, Gages, and Short or Long Productions Runs.  We offer quick lead times to better support the ever demanding market.

 
 

Quality Control
 

Precision Tooling Products controls all products with quality control systems to ISO specifications.  Every product is inspected for quality control before final shipment.  All print tolerances are held to the specifications required to ensure customer satisfaction.

Upon request products can be Third Part inspected by a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
